When the grade average of a veteran or eligible person falls below 80%, the student will be placed on academic probation for one month. If at the end of the probation period, the student's grades are still below 80%, veterans' benefits will be terminated. Once minimum academic progress standards are met, benefits can be reinstated. Attendance must not fall below 80% of scheduled class/floor time. If monthly attendance falls below 80%, the student will be placed on probation for the next month and be counseled.
